No pictures today, but I did work on some Epic stuff last night. Got the Aspect Warriors from my new Warhost box put on bases. I used the Aspect Warriors from the Avatar blister as Exarchs for those units and put the extra Aspect Warriors on the Avatar’s base. I got 7 stands of Guardians put on bases and put some Guardians on my Support/Heavy Weapons bases as operators for the guns. I’ll likely use some guardians on the Warlock Titan’s base just for coolness sake. Hopefully, I’ll have enough left over to make another Guardian host.
I still have the Jetbikes, Farseers, Dire Avengers, and Fire Dragons to put on bases. And I have the Firestorms left to assemble as well.
Until I get some air power, that should cover everything.
Got the Vypers done. I used little 3/4″ wood discs from Michael’s for the bases. I felt the 25mm bases were a little big for a small vehicle like this.
Well, I have all my Eldar in my possession assembled now. I should have more stuff on the way this week.
Well, I finally got the Eldar Warlock Titan assembled and based. Not much to it. I bought this off of eBay advertised as a Phantom Titan. When I went to
assemble it, I noticed the head was wrong. I did get some extra parts with him, so that was cool.
The other things I got done is the Weapons Platforms in that they are assembled and based. I’ll add a Guardian or three later.
I should be getting another Warhost box, some Firestorms, a much needed Avatar/Wraithgate, and some Dire Avengers and Fire Dragons here pretty soon as well.
I bought into Epic 40K (Armageddon) a month or two ago. It’s a game I’ve always wanted to play. The idea of having these massive armies fight it out on the field of battle just seems really cool to me.
I originally wanted to go with a Chaos army, but seeing as how it was going to get expensive, I decided to go with an army where I can actually get current figures and not have to deal with the inflated prices on the secondary market for Chaos stuff.

I have most of the infantry on bases already, I just had a bunch of tanks to assemble and put on some kind of bases. So, this weekend I assembled the Storm Serpent and some Night Spinners. Jeff has kindly given me some Wave Serpents as well, but they just need the turrets glued on.
For basing, I decided to go with 25mm bases like what 40K figures go on, covering up the slot with tape and sand. I am using brass rod to suspend the grav tanks in mid-air like they should be.
This morning before leaving for work, I got the Night Spinners, Fire Prisms, and 4 Wave Serpents attached to bases. Tonight I plan on finishing basing the rest of the tanks.
